Dr. John Ouderkirk

Healthcare Medical Director

AHF Healthcare Center - Atlanta Midtown

About Me

I am the Medical Director of the AHF Healthcare Center – Atlanta Midtown. I work at AHF so I can practice medicine and give care to my patients with HIV and/or other infectious diseases and patients who are transgender without having to compromise their care due to insurance, managed care, or financial issues.

Fun Fact: I share my house with four dogs, and I am an avid Atlanta Beltline bicycle rider. I’ve been playing softball for over 20 years and participated in 3 Gay Softball World Series. I also played water polo in the 1994 Gay Games in New York City. Lastly, I have been an avid supporter of GLAAD, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation serving on the Atlanta Leadership Council since 2005.
