AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s (AHF) Managed Care Division, has provided people living with HIV specialized health care since 1995. Our Managed Care Division includes; PHC California, PHP (HMO SNP); and Ryan White HIV Specialty Services Program. PHP and PHC California is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). AAAHC is private, non-profit organization that develops standards to advance and promote patient safety, quality care, and value for health care through peer-based accreditation processes, education, and research.

• PHC California is a Medi-Cal managed care plan. This plan is for people who have a prior AIDS diagnosis, have Medi-Cal and live in Los Angeles, California.
  
  
• PHP (HMO SNP) is a Medicare Advantage health plan with prescription drug coverage for Medicare beneficiaries who have HIV and live in Los Angeles County, California.
  
  
• AHF has contracted with the various counties of Health and Human Services Agencies, Public Health Service Departments to operate and administer Ryan White HIV Specialty Services Program, which provides medical, dental, home health and home hospice services to eligible people living with HIV/AIDS under the HIV and Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009.
