The QIHEP outlines PHC California’s strategy to improve quality and advance health equity across clinical and non-clinical services. Rooted in AHF’s mission to provide cutting-edge medicine and advocacy regardless of ability to pay, this program integrates population health, care management, behavioral health, and utilization oversight.

The QIHEP includes:

  • Strategic goals to reduce disparities, improve member outcomes, and ensure culturally and linguistically appropriate care
  • Data-driven improvement efforts based on MCAS, HEDIS, and member/provider feedback
  • Compliance with NCQA and state regulatory standards
