PHP (HMO SNP) works to ensure the latest model of care and other educational materials are available to our provider community. In this section, you will find provider trainings and resources on a number of topics.
Initial Onboarding/Annual Training
We are pleased to have you as one of our new provider partners. The materials listed below supply you with key information that is useful when providing care to PHP members.

- Learn the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) rules, who must comply with the rules and how the rules are enforced.
