Provider Portals
As part of our on-going effort to improve and enhance our provider network tools and communication, we have launched the below provider portals. Please click on the links below to learn more about the benefits of each portal and how to register.
eQSuite Provider Portal
In-network providers will have the opportunity to register for the eQSuite Portal. The portal includes the following functions for providers:
- Submit and view status of inpatient/outpatient authorizations
- Request an extension on an existing authorization
- Request a reconsideration on an existing authorization

Member Verification and Claims Status Portal
The Member Verification and Claims Status Portal provides an easy and secure access to your patients benefits-related records and data.
PHP providers have access to:
- View member eligibility
- Lookup claims status
- View important plan materials & information (Provider Manual, Member SOB, etc.…)
How to Register
The registration link can be located at the bottom on the Provider login window. You will need a valid business/organization email address, Billing Tax ID and your entity/business name. Once your application is submitted it will be reviewed by our Provider Relations department and approval or denial should be received in 24-48 hours.

ECHO – Provider Payments Portal
Payments and RA’s are distributed by Change Healthcare and ECHO Health, Inc. Provider documents can be accessed from www.ProviderPayments.com. If you have any questions, please contact ECHO customer service team at (888) 834-3511, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 am to 6 pm, EST.
